Edit: If Google is to be believed, more people are afraid of public speaking than spiders, and are more afraid of snakes more than anything in the world. All three of those things are pretty unlikely to kill you, by the way (not counting the suicide you’ll be contemplating after having to get in front of all your peers, completely unprepared and probably having forgotten your pants and OH MY GOD WHY ARE YOU EVEN ALLOWED OUT IN PUBLIC LET ALONE TO SPEAK IN IT*), and what everyone should really be afraid of is heart disease and cancer.

Basically, I’m feeling very optimistic today.
